I am a graduate of the Marriage and Family Counseling program at Gonzaga University. I feel very privileged to work in this field as a support for individuals and couples.

I have training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally-Focused IndividualTherapy (EFIT), grief work, and family therapy. I primarily utilize EFT and Person-Centered methods along with other modalities as needed.

My goal is to create a collaborative relationship with clients where we are both committed to their growth. All moods and emotions are welcome in-session, whether that’s celebration and laughter or sadness and anger (and anywhere in-between). I view clients with a systems lens because I believe that a lot of our struggles, and solutions, are rooted in our various relationships.

Overall, I view counseling as a place for clients to be heard and valued each time they enter the space.

I am originally from California, and I have now been in Spokane for 6 years. I spend my free time watching comedy movies, doing jigsaw puzzles, and enjoying the outdoors.
